1. Who we are

C.A.P.O Health Corp ("CAPO Health", "we", "us") operates the website capohealth.com and a technology platform that connects patients with independent, state-licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. CAPO Health is not a pharmacy and does not practice medicine. Medical services are provided by Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC and its affiliated licensed providers, who exercise their own independent clinical judgment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a U.S. jurisdiction where our affiliated providers are licensed and our pharmacy partners are authorized to dispense. You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your identity, health history and medications.

3. Not for emergencies

Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. Medical evaluation and prescriptions

Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider decides whether any treatment is appropriate for you. Not everyone qualifies. Prescriptions are issued only after a medical evaluation and are filled by a licensed pharmacy partner (see Pharmacy & Compliance). Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA, the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality, and they are not generic versions of, or equivalent to, any branded medication. Individual results vary.

5. Payments, plans and cancellation

Prices shown on the website are illustrative until your provider confirms your plan. Payment terms, billing frequency and cancellation are shown at checkout. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Privacy Policy.

7. Use of the website

Content on this website is for general information and is not medical advice. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information that is false or belongs to another person. Website content, logos and design are the property of CAPO Health.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAPO Health is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

9. Service availability

Services are available only in jurisdictions where affiliated medical providers are licensed to practice and where pharmacy partners are authorized to dispense medications. Availability may vary by state and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and licensure requirements. See State Availability.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
