Prescriptions are prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy operating under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. CAPO Health is not a pharmacy and does not compound, manufacture or dispense medications.

Partner Pharmacy Information

Services are available in all 50 U.S. states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements. The Pharmacy Hub states that it is licensed by state boards of pharmacy nationwide and supports prescription fulfillment in all 50 states.

Please note that certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations, prescribing requirements, and dispensing restrictions.

About compounded medications

Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient under a prescription from a licensed provider. They are not approved by the FDA, the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality, and they are not generic versions of, or equivalent to, any branded medication. Individual results vary.
